Poor Air QualityAYSO 710 is utilizing the air quality standards set by Washoe County School District when deciding if practice may continue. In this standard, the Air Quality Index (AQI) must be less than 100 to be deemed safe to play. When the AQI is 100 or more, practice will be cancelled.
When practice is cancelled, the Board will continue to communicate through email, Facebook and our website, www.ayso710.org. Coaches may also communicate directly with their teams. Should you want to check the AQI for yourself to get prepared, please search airnow.gov and enter the 89506 zip code.
