All of our physical registrations are done. If you would like to register your child:

Go to www.eayso.org and follow the instructions to register your child. Please print out 2 copies of the registration form and mail both signed and initialed copies with a copy of child's birth certificate and a check to:

$5.00 Multiple Child Discount (first child is $100.00, additional children $95.00)

REFUND POLICY: 

While we recognize that plans change and that it is difficult to know what you will be doing months in advance, we cannot always provide a full refund if you decide that your child cannot participate in the Fall season after you have registered.  There are certain unrecoverable costs that AYSO incurs at various times after you register.

To request a refund you must submit the following information in writing by e-mail (treasurer@ayso710.org), letter or postcard and mail to the AYSO Registrar/Treasurer, 216 Lemmon Dr. #363, Reno, NV 89506.  Please note that a refund request will take a minimum of two weeks and up to 6 weeks (the region must wait for verification from AYSO National that check has cleared prior to issuing the refund) to process.
